* Participants are encouraged to create a free account with Zoom in advance and save your profile with your name and a photo. If you will be participating from a mobile device, get the Zoom app in advance.
* No charge for members, non-members who are HR professionals in public sector agencies within South Florida, HR students/interns, or recent Chapter sponsors or presenters
* We ask that agencies with more than one member attending determine in advance who will speak or answer polls on behalf of their agency during the roundtable forum. (We also request multiple registrants from the same agency are limited to the extent possible to ensure we don't exceed the headcount limit for the virtual forum.)
